7) Your E-mail address (needed so we can send you a complaint update link)

How much does it cost?
A standard complaint page costs $5.00 and lasts for 1 year.
A premium complaint page costs $7.95, lasts for 1 year and allows you to upload and attach up to five images to your complaint page.

  1. Your complaint contains only truthful information.
  2. Your complaint relates to your own personal experiences (i.e. you can't post a complaint for someone else).
  3. Your complaint does not libel or slander any person or company (i.e. If you felt that a salesperson was rude to you feel free to let others know. However making a comment like the salesperson was fat dumb or ugly is NOT acceptable).
  4. The complaint should be about a commercial transaction that you made or attempted to make. (i.e. the complaint is not something like 'your spouse not spending enough time with you').
  5. TheSqueakyWheel Inc. does not have the ability to review every complaint so it is your responsibility to ensure that you follow rules 1 to 4. Notwithstanding this fact, TheSqueakyWheel Inc. does reserve the right to refuse or remove complaint page that, in its sole discretion, it finds to contravene one of the above mentioned rules.
  6. No refunds will be given for complaints removed for being posted under fictitious names or a name other than your own.
