on march28,2007 I brought in my 1995 Mitsubishi eclipse tey told me it had spun a rod.I asked for an estimate and they said $3199 (PER CONTRACT) AND i ADDED A WATER PUMP AND EGR VALVEI CALLED THEM ON A REGULAR DAILY BASIS FOR AN UPDATE EACH TIME LITTLR OR NO PROGRESS WAS MADE FINALLY AFTER A MONTH THEY SAID THEY SENT MY ENGINE TO BE REBUILT TO FLIGHTLINE IT SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 1 TO 2 WEEKS WELL i CALLED EVERY DAY AND FINALLY THEY RECIEVED IT THE WEEK OF MAY 21 2007 SO I KEPT CALLING THEM TO RECIEVE PROGRESS REPORTS ON FRIDAY JUNE 1 2007 THEY SAID IT WAS READY.I WAS ESTATIC I went there with my son and his friend to pick uo the car they told me they had taken it for a test ride and everything was good so I told my son to drive it around the block a few times to check it out. When he returnrd I noticed oil leaking underneath the car and steam as well as dry coolant all over the enginethey had to know about thi this because they painted the valve cover black when it was silver they also did not use heat resistant paintso it was burning off.I had already paid the balance of the bill and told them these things had to be fixed. thay said ok 1 week I would have it backI forgot toto mention while it was inside their shop the radio was stolen too! I finally recieved the caron Thursday July 26,2007 at 4:00 they has not washed it and the indide was filthyand they gave me a used radio to install myself after they had promised to have it ready at 3:00 THEY KINDLY GAVE ME $10 FO A CAR WASH AND $20 FOR A WIRING KIT FOR THE RADIO . aFTER GETTING THE CAR WASHED i NOTICED THE FRONT CLIP HAD BEEN DAMAGED THEY TRIED TO BONDO AND PAINT IT BUT IT LOOKS REALLY BAD THEY JACKED IT UP ON THE FRONT THN THEY COULDNT REMOVE THE JACK SO THEY YANKED IT OUT CRACKING THE SUPPORTS THIS CLIP WAS ONLY 1 MONTH OLD tHEY HAD BEEN RATED GOOD IN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I called and talked to their field rep Joe 18002699270 he said he was sorry but it wasnt his problem to remedy they just sell the franchises then I talked to the #2 man in the company and he said hes sorry but get my car out and runits not his fault he sold a franchise to a bad person as long as they all got there money but without customers they would all be broke
