In November 2002 I entered into an agreement with Action Builders of Greer with the following understanding as presented by said builder: "Jeremiah Seppala oversees the actual construction of customers' new homes. He maintains daily contact with the supervisors, subcontractors and specialists to ensure that each new home is build on time and that quality never waivers."
To make a long story short, I've been after Action Builders for 4 years to give me what I paid over a quarter million dollars for and that they said they would deliver. Quality does not exist in my subflooring making my hardwood floors perform sub standardly with a quiet board being the exception. I have 1 coat of polymer when 3 coats was stated. An Ice Damn ridge material I paid extra for was not applied. My ceiling has 6 leaks, my basement has water in it when it rains. That's just the begining...if the Seppala's think what they built was quality, then I offer my house up as an example of the quality they sold me. I plan on seeking renumeration.
