Firstly, what I will say is not a lie. I am a customer of American Pro moving and more than willing to pay 5 $ to leave this complaint online so that you dont have to suffer like me. I am a college student moving to a grad school and it is my first time using a moving company. I chose this one out of couple ones on internet because they gave me the cheaper estimated quotes. However, when they came to move my stuff, they hurried inside, telling me they have only one hour to move everything. They started wrapping everything up and moved. Then they asked me to pay 200 $ extra from what they told me for taping, plastic wrapping, extra boxes WITHOUT TELLING ME BEFOREHAND. Then, they agreed to move in 3-10 days but it took them more than a month to move my stuff in. I called them every week to check up but the answer was we are working on it. Then, I came to my apt a month later, finding out that the moving ppl turned on my air condition for a month and couple of my boxes and furniture are missing. I called them, the manager told me its my fault that no one checked the boxes when they moved in and do not even willing to check where my boxes are. Only thing I can do is to file a claim from the company they hire. The worst thing about this company is SERVICE. The manager will not listen to your complained and even say "you listen to me". I was never mad in my life like when I talked to that person. I do not want to call and have anything to do with them anymore. I am not gonna stress out with this cheap stupid people. so this is the only thing I can do, letting everyone know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
