On performance report Kerry Murfy wrote: "crew did exelent job", and now she sent us a link to your web site. We appouled by her letter, we insisted to make a move in the morning,on that or next day, but she could not do it( she had closing in the morning), we explained to her in detailes, that an afternoon job could be very late, but Ms. Murfy had to move that day and no latter and she did not care how late it will be, as long as she is out of the house. Our crew worked thru out the night to accomodate Ms.Murfy, we legally could and should charge her one and half hourly price, wich we did not do and after all, that's what we have - a complaint! Sometimes there is a costumer, who can not be pleased, no metter what. Senserely, Allstate Moving.
