A few things wendy hiles forgot to mention. wendy has requested our company to deliver her items only on weekend. she chose to go with a cheaper way to move, sharing a van with other customers. delivery on weekend only is easy when its an exclusive truck but the price will be $8000 not $1800. the customer recieved two calls asking her for confirmation to deliver her items. in two different accasions she refused to recieve delivey since there was a chance that it might be there on a week day(there is a 3 day window for delivery) so about a week ago she informed us that she will be taking her delivery on any day of the week. so as you can see its not 30 days without her stuff because we wanted to deliver the items about a week after the pick up day. wendy calims that our customer service rep is not calling her back - what she forgot to mention is, that when she asks to call her back in a couple of hours she calls and 30 minutes to ask when and why we are not calling her. on more then one accasion we told her she is not giving us the opportunity to call her back since she is always calling. some people are very hard to deal with, they have special requests, special need, because they are so special no one can be good enough to make them happy, but thats because they are unhappy anyway. hopefully wendy will find happiness and a new moving company to move her next time. we are not recomending any moving company to move wendy hiles, no matter what she will not be happy with your service.
