I have purchased 3 Sphynx kittens from Michele & she is a truly wonderful & kind person. Each time I purchased a kitten I had to sign a contract. The contract that I have from all of my purchases state that the deposit is not refundable. If I were you I would calm down & take a step back. Michele is a reputable breeder & she will provide you with a kitten. Her line is one of the nicest in the Country & can be found in catteries all over the world.Please contact her directly rather than slander her for being a bitch is not going to get you a kitten any faster.
You entered a legally binding contract & will get your kitten.

Read your contract. Kittens are reserved on a first come first serve basis. If somebody else's deposit reached her first you cannot blame her.
Thank about it! She has been in contact with you & you have admitted this. You also admit that you have yet to pay the amount of the kitten your purchased. I always have sent her payment in full overnight. You must pay for a kitten in full. She is not Walmart & does not do lay aways
