08/13/06 was the first visit where it was determined that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. The owner's home warranty company was called to let them know what the problem was. We ordered the part and installed it on 08/16/06. On 09/01/06 the owner contacted thier home warranty company which then contacted our office explaining that the system was not cooling. When we arrived we noticed that the new evaporator coil had a small leak and we ordered another one which we installed on 09/05/06. We did everything possible to satisfy this customer and make all repairs in a very timely manner. As we all know you can't please everyone. Thank you for reading this.
