Total deception in advertising. The free first lesson costs 79.99 or thereabouts. The "video professor" shows 1 CD in his hand when talking about the free lesson, not disclosing that the lessons are 3 CDs and you are paying for the other 2. Then lo and behold you get another lesson the next month, not realizing that this lesson is outrageously priced. By the time you catch on to the scam, it is allegedly too late to get your money back. Sending a letter to their official address gets your letter returned by the post office with something like unknown recipient. Your credit company can get some of your charges relieved. But one wonders how such deceptive advertising can persist, continually being offered in flagrant contradiction with their performance.
