I agree. Alamo is out to screw customers. Two years ago, we reserved a van for a trip to the Isle of Wight. When we got there, they tried to charge my credit card $1400.00 deposit in advance of the rental! I declined the rental, but the guys in the back room, who were observing my annoyance at this turn of events, were wandering around muttering "Charge him double," and the like. This company has a terrible attitude.
