American Laser Centers - Consultant Taylor Foreman at the Plano, TX facility opened a Care Credit account in my name for $904, and now I am receiving bills from GE Money, and harassment phone calls from their collectors. I went in for a consultation and was told I would be able to pay the Dallas Facility with a credit card upon treatment. This wasn't true! I arrived for my first treatment, received it, then attempted to pay, and they explained that Taylor had signed me up for Care Credit, and that it showed a signature on the paperwork. When I explained that I did not sign up for a Care Credit account, the Dallas American Laser facility stated that I would have to handle payments with GE Money, or the Plano Facility. Neither is assisting me! I went through an entire dispute process with GE Money for a forged signature, and they stated that they did not believe it was fraudulent because American Laser had a sales receipt. Again, it was not my signature!
