American Moving of Texas hired a 3rd party mover, Homeland Transportation, that showed up 12 hours late. The 3rd party mover threatened to keep our things unless we paid extra charges. That did not happen because we told them we would call the police. We acquired approximately $300 worth of damages to our furniture. We took pictures as well as Homeland, and sent the pictures to customer service. I spoke with Sherry to confirm receipt of pictures, and it has been over a month, and Sherry, neither the owner of the company, are returning my calls regarding reimbursement.
