Buyer Beware!!
Much like the other complaints, we had the exact same experience. We paid Mr. Mann $600 as an advance against an $1,800 project. He promised work would be delivered in 1/3 increments. He promised work within 7-14 days. We paid him on September 14th but he never delivered anything. In fact, I have no less than 4 emails promising work is "almost ready" and "about to be delivered". Nothing ever arrivied. He was rude and later snickered in an email that he knew we had already contacted PayPal (called me a "jerk").This guy ripped us off period. No confusion, no dispute. He kept our money, never delivered anything, and when we demanded our money back he claimed we owed him money! His scam on us was to drag us out past he 45 day window that PayPal allows for claims/disputes.
We have just filed with our Amex card to get the protection Pay Pal did not deliver. We turned him in today to the Mississippi State Attorney Generals office:
