On Wed 2/06 I purchased an upgrade for nero startsmart. I thought that I was downloading the newer version. However I can not find anywhere on my computor. My granddaughter was from college this weekend and she could not find it either. I wand my money back or I want to be able to find and use this newer version of nero startsmart. Thnak you for your help in this matter.
