I recently received notice from TheSqueakyWheel.com that Dr. Barry Eppley and his partner, Andrea Bradley-Stutz informed the owner of this website that they "have posted two complaints with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation's Internet Fraud division and are now in contact with US Senator Richard Lugar, and the Massachusetts Attorney General" regarding my complaint about Dr. Eppley.

I wish to inform Dr. Eppley and Ms. Bradley-Stutz that I welcome their complaints as an opportunity to reveal the plethora of false information I was given upon which I based my consent to undergo surgery.    I have ample written evidence to substantiate my claims and more. The pertinent documents have been available on the Internet since 2001.

I have written evidence of Dr. Eppley's unethical and negligent actions regarding his handling of my surgery; slanderous remarks he and his office staff made to his former patient who stayed with me after my surgery, proof of false information entered into my medical record, threats from his former secretary, his refusal to see me for post-opertative complications, and other serious violations of professional conduct too numerous to list here. The intimidating tactic Eppley and Bradley-Stutz employ in threatening the owner of TheSqueakyWheel.com with litigation is notable.   In e-mail to Jeff Harris, Bradley-Stutz writes: "Be well assured that when we are successful in bringing sanctions in this matter, we will name The Squeaky Wheel dot com in the same complaint."   (Please read the email in question at the link below.)

Due to Dr. Eppley's negligence in performing my surgery, I have been suffering with positional airway obstruction that has reached a life threatening state. Medical records appear on my website. Eppley and Bradley-Stutz are the slanderers here.    I welcome any complaints that call attention to their travesty and encourage them to open Pandora's Box and be hoist by their own petard.
