No response after ordering

I ordered two items on 2/9/08. The automatic confirmation e-mail said "A tracking will be emailed upon shipping. Your credit has not been billed at this time. It will charged at the time of shipping." Their web site says "Orders are usually sent to the warehouse for fulfillment within 24 hours." I contacted them via e-mail 3 or more times since then asking for an update on my order as I have not received a shipping notice. I have also left 2-3 voice mail messages at their phone number. No response to either and now I don't know if those items will ship or I will be billed or how to cancel the order. I feel like I'm being held hostage because if I order these items elsewhere, I could then be billed by these people and have two sets of the items.
