I purchased ( put a futon in lay a way) at this store and made my payments. When I went and paid the balance they said they had to order it. I thought when you put something in lay a way that it would be there when you paid it out. The guy said it would take a month to get it in. I waited a month & it didn't come. They kept telling me it was on a truck and it would be there. I waited almost three more weeks and it still didn't come. I went and asked for my money back and they said it had to come from their home office. That took almost four weeks to get my money back.They have got to be one of the worst stores to do business with. I think the only way to get anything there is to have money in hand and a truck and leave then with your purchase or it may not be there when you go back. I am sure that they sold my futon because one of the guys called my house and left a message and wanted to know how I liked my Futon ( the one I never got). He evidentally got the person he sold it too and my number mixed up!!! I even asked him about it. They have hung the phone up on me when I called and lied to me everytime!!!!!!! I want everyone to be aware of them especially if you put anything in lay a way!!!!!!! I am so glad to have gotten my money back, finally, and I am sure I won't be back in there!!!!!
