My problem is with what they call now AT&T Mobility, my bill was getting a little bit too much for me to handle, don't get me wrong I have had an account with them for many years, never had a problem paying late, but I don't like cell phones, in the other hand my 3 grown kids have the IPhone and of course they have to stay with AT&T, my son works for FEDEX and as part of their employee package they offer a discount with AT&T, so we ask them if we can switch my account (in good standing until then) to my son's name to obtain the discount and they said yes, just pay $15.00 for the name change and everything will stay the same minus the discount; well that was just the beginning ot the nightmare, firstable when they switched the account they didn't transfer the plan correctly and we got a bill with the new name in the account for almost $900.00, our actual bill for 5 lines used to be between $229.00 to $249.00(my husband and I just have the bare basics make and answer calls, so after a month calling someone finally said that they will review the billing and applied the discount to the correct account, even after providing proof of employment with FEDEX, they applied the discount to the account on my name and left the account active, they charged in advance for the services thay they were already on my son's name and never sent me a "Final Bill"? They sold my account to a colletion agency and they have called all week long to harrass me at work and they won't listen to anything that I have to say, instead they hung up on me twice saying "IT's your credit" whatever. AT&T is not helping, I called them and the CS Rep I spoke to she kept telling me that I don't understand? What is to understand that they did'nt make the transfer as promised and that now I have an account on collections. I'm very dissapointed on their customer service.
