I am a representative of Arrow Van Line and have personally handled Ms. Blackerby's claim. It is important for me to note that Arrow Van Line never even confirmed that a laptop was part of Ms. Blackerby's shipment. Even so, we have offered to replace the item that she claims was part of the shipment. Our movers are screened and monitored at every point during the loading and unloading process. In addition, we have a comprehensive inventory system by which we track each and every item that constitutes a shipment. Even though we have never confirmed that a laptop was part of Ms. Blackerby's shipment, let alone missing or "stolen," we have offered to replace the computer to her satisfaction. It is unfortunate and incomprehensible to me that Ms. Blackerby would refuse this offer and slander the company name on this website. For all those viewing this website, please consider this false allegation reasonably. Arrow Van Line has always and will always put customer satisfaction as a priority. I will be happy to provide proof of our offer and any additional information if you so desire.
