I bought a couch and chair,and endtable ,coffee table. The couch got a tear on the seam, I called and was told that all the money I put into the fabric kits and leather kits that was not covered. And I bought a kit for my two stands and they have peeeled the varish off,and again I was told not covered! I have spent thousand of dallors at Artvan, I bought a table, bed, fireplace and a rocker.And after all the money I spent in their store, they send a repair man after endless phone calls and photos I gave to sale person to show her the problem. I called back after 3 weeks,and they send me to a manager, who then gives me a repair # for them to come look at the stuff, and he shows up today and their is a $50.00 COD and he did nothing!!!! He said a part has to be ordered for my couch. at my cost. ARTVAN is not willing to pay anything.(ALL UP TO ME) My coffe table is now in my garage not worth a dime the way it looks. OH by the way did I tell you my stuff is less then 2 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!
