This started in 2007 with mysterious charges that I kept paying for and with no explanation. This continued for roughly 5 months into 2008. They never resolved this and I never got my money back. They continued to lie to me about this issue so I went to another phone company. In January 2009 I mistakenly paid them $7,800.00 with my electronic bank account that was intended to pay my AT&T credit card. I found this out in February and called them. The first person said they did not have my money, the second person said they had this and an additional $325.26 from last year and would send the check out tomorrow and it will take between 7 and 10 business days. This never happened. Now I am told I had to have extra info faxed to them from my bank and they would call me right away. They did not call and I had to call them again. The person said they did not have my money. I then went to yet another person who was rude and gave me the run around. She told me the opposite info. She would not help me and told me the info from the bank was not there even though the bank confirmed the transmission. I talked to the supervisor and was told that I need to send the bank info again and they have to review this and do not know when I will get my money. I explained that I cannot pay my bills because they will not give me my money back and I really need it immediately. They have had my money for 47 days now with no end in sight for me. I have also practically begged for my money back and I still do not have it. The person last night told me that they had to send my money back to my bank electronically. So they keep going back and forth as to how I can get my money and then will not send me my money or tell me why they are doing this to me. This has been a totally insane ordeal. They have stolen from me again and will not pay me my money back. No one will even tell me why! They should go to jail for this but they are a big company and will get away with it and another small guy will go bankrupt so they can get another bonus.
