THIS GUY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

He originally told me "THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE." - HIS EXACT WORDS! - when I informed him of Michael Berg's VIOLENT and REPREHENSIBLE actions an THREATS OF BODILY HARM.

But, when he learned that Michael Berg had a witness and I did not, he IMMEDIATELY SWITCHED SIDES, and began spouting THE VERY SAME *LIES* THAT CAME FROM Micheal Berg and his witness - TOTAL, COMPLETE, BOLD-FACED *LIES*!!!

Ask yourself WHY in the world I would be reporting ANYTHING but the ABSOLUTE TRUTH - here on TheSqueakyWheel, the Better Business Bureau of Miami, the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center), the Attorneys General of Florida and Idaho, www.TransportReviews.com, and other consumer complaint sites, if I had been "WILLING TO WORK IT OUT WITH MR. BERG." and "I CONSENTED." ?????

Mr. Cerrato's statement: "His damage claims are exaggerated and unfair, as are his accusations of violence." IS COMPLETE FICTION!

My "exaggerated" damage claims are backed up by TWO repair esitmates from TWO well established body shops, in the amounts of $716.27 and $854.53, respectively.

THIS IS IN NO WAY "EXAGGERATED"!
THIS IS FACT THAT I CAN PROVE!
I HAVE THE ESTIMATES, AND SO DOES CHRIS CERRATO!
HE IS LYING!!!

Christopher Cerrato is simply trying to avoid paying up on his *FALSE* promise that "Your car is fully insured"!

If I were satisfied with his (damaging) "good service", THEN WHY WOULD I TAKE THE TIME AND TROUBLE TO BE POSTING THIS REPORT, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHERS?
