Ordered shoes from the website 2 months ago. I started e-mailing and calling to find out what was going on, since they'd charged my credit card but not sent the item. They wouldn't respond to calls or messages. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and a few weeks later, got an e-mail saying the item was "out of stock," and to "wait for a refund." I still haven't seen my money, and they still don't reply to e-mails. Absolutely the worst customer service, a terrible company, and dishonest people running it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
