I was not told the truth as to how painful the skin tightening procedures where by the sales person at American Laser center in Arlington, TX when I asked her if the procedures were painful. She told me and the contract I signed states that there is "minimal discomfort". By not having been told the truth I made a bad choice to have the laser treatments on my face and lost $5000 to them becasue the refuse to refund my money.
The treatment was so horribly painful that I couldn't finish the first treatment they gave me. My husband is a witness to the pain I went through during the treatment. My first treatment was in 9-2008 and I asked for a refund on the bases they lied to me about there not being any pain associated with the treatments. I have tried through letters, and a lawyers letter and my credit card company to get refunds but none worked. I have also complained to the BBB.
American Laser (ALC) is are in violation of consumer transactions laws!
ALC are all rip offs and need to be stopped for all the illegal ways they treat the public.
